Gifts For your Old Man this Father’s Day

father's

It’s that time of year again! Father’s Day is approaching thick and fast so I thought that I’d put together a comprehensive guide of gifts that you can get the ‘old’ man. Let’s get started, shall we?!

A Quality Bottle of Whisky – Gentleman Jack

This Father’s Day, why not give Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack, the double mellowed, twice as smooth whisky from the makers of Jack Daniel’s. Inspired by the original gentleman distiller, Mr. Jack Daniel himself, this smooth whisky makes the ideal gift for the laidback father. Gentleman Jack mellows through sugar maple charcoal, not once, but twice, giving a full bodied liquid. With flavours of vanilla, maple syrup and citrus, the mellow spirit suits an equally mellow Dad. The balanced flavour leaves a deliciously smooth finish, created by the double mellowing, which can be appreciated with every sip.

Gentleman Jack is the smoothest sippin’ Tennessee Whisky from the Jack Daniel’s family making it the perfect whisky to ease new drinkers into the category. A stylish addition to his drinks cabinet, Gentleman Jack will help make his Father’s Day especially memorable. I bought a bottle for myself around a month ago and then was sent a bottle to feature in this post, so I know first hand that it is ‘all that’! I really enjoy drinking a fine whisky that has been made for the refined gentleman, so what better than a bottle for your old man? You never know, he might just give you a drop to share!

A Comfy Robe from Marks & Spencer

As with last year, we are featuring David Gandy’s line with M&S! The handsome, smooth and gentlemanly Gandy teamed up with Marks & Spencer in late 2015 to create some really lovely underwear, shorts and loungewear for men which would make a cracking Father’s Day gift. This time, I’ve picked out this lovely and chilled robe which is super chilled and really comfy to lounge around the flat in. I’m a huge fan of this line and am happy it is such a decent price! Why not give this a try for you dad? I’m sure he’d love it!

Now TV Sports Pass

I recently started trying out the Now TV Sports bundle because I love to watch a range of sport including football, F1 and golf. I was a bit unsure over the whole Now TV bundle, however, after trying it I love it and would recommend getting it as a gift for any dad on Father’s Day. It’s super simple and easy to sign up and what’s great is you have no contracts, you can buy passes as and when you want them. Tell me this isn’t a strong gift for those dad’s out there who love sport?!

George Foreman Grill

Finally, we have the George Foreman grill. I recently bought one of these super-duper machines for my flat and haven’t looked back since! It grills anything and everything and the taste of the food is absolutely sublime! Another Gentleman-Project recommendation for any son or daughter out there looking for a cool but different gift on Father’s Day. We all know that our dads enjoy a good cook on the grill, especially when the summer months roll around. Just imagine the browny points you’d score at the next family BBQ!
